The Department of National Economy studies ways and methods of a favorable investment climate formation in Odessa region. The basic directions of scientific researches of the Department are the following: monetary policy influence on investment processes in Ukraine (Candidate of Economy, Associate Professor V. Gaversky); economic and organizational components of investment activity; investment policy (Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor V.M. Shtutsa); peculiarities of Ukrainian economic agents’ activity in global free market zone (Candidate of Economics, Associate Professor K.S. Dvoinykh), optimization of capital investments (senior lecturer V.A. Babenko).
