Within the framework of the CRIMHUM project 598471-EPP-1-2018-1-AT-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP "Modernization of master's programs for future judges, prosecutors, investigators, taking into account European human rights standards", to conduct internal and external evaluation of the specified project, dissemination of positive experience and best practices obtained within the project, from September 26 to 30, 2021 at the National University "Odesa Law Academy" First Summer School took place.
The Summer School was attended by Professor of the University of Graz Thomas Kruessmann and PostDoc Researcher Dr. Nina Kaiser, Professor of the University of Aix-Marseille Philippe Bonfils and PhD Frederico Albernaz; Judge of the Supreme Court of Lithuania Gabrielė Juodkaitė-Granskienė, professor of Vilnius University Andrej Gorbatkov. Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University was represented by professor Oksana Kaplina and associate professors Anush Tumanyants and Andrii Lapkin. Also the Vice-dean of law faculty of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv Marta Mochulska and Olha Denkovych were presenting their lectures.
On September 29, the head of the Department of Foreign Languages No. 1 Yuliia Yulinetska presented a legal dictionary to the participants of the school. Professor of the Department of Criminal Law Viacheslav Tuliakov delivered a lecture on the legality in the dynamics of the ECHR decisions.
