In September 2021, the National University "Odesa Law Academy" signed a cooperation agreement with the Baltic International Academy, the discussion and preparation of which lasted for recent years.

Baltic International Academy is the largest non-governmental higher educational institution in the Baltic and Northern European countries, which has received a positive assessment from international experts, as well as perpetual accreditation. The Academy received the ERASMUS University Charter, within the framework of which more than 100 cooperation agreements were signed between BIA and EU universities.

The agreement signed by Sergei Kivalov and Stanislav Buka assumes cooperation between Universities in the following areas:

- carrying out scientific and practical research;

- development of educational and methodical complexes;

- students exchange,

- exchange of educational and methodological support;

- practical realization of existing scientific projects of educational institutions in the field of innovative activity, competitive policy in adjacent areas and more.
