The Educational-Methodical Council is a permanent advisory body that coordinates the work of structural subdivisions regarding the educational and methodological support of the educational process and formulates the strategy of the National University "Odesa Law Academy" in the sphere of ensuring quality educational activity.

The Educational-Methodical Council is established for the purpose of coordinating educational and methodological work at the National University "Odesa Law Academy," identifying strategic (prospective) directions for further development and optimization of the educational process based on existing best practices that can be tested and implemented in educational activities, studying and analyzing its effectiveness in structural subdivisions carrying out educational activities, conducting monitoring research on the professional training of higher education applicants and submitting proposals for its improvement, processing new methods and practical recommendations regarding the development of educational-professional programs, and applying the latest pedagogical educational technologies and the most effective methods of organizing the educational process and teaching with the aim of achieving the results of respective educational programs and higher education standards implemented at the state level.
