The aim of the programme is to support research activities in Ukrainian universities, as well as to encourage and enable young scientists to contribute to the restoration of Ukraine and its academic community.
Funding is provided for a research stay (1-6 months) at a state or state-recognised German higher education institution or non-university research institution, which is carried out in coordination with a host institution/supervisor in Germany.
Applications can be submitted at any time, but must be sent to DAAD at least three months before the planned stay.
Funding can start from March 2024.
