We are pleased to inform you about scholarship opportunities for exchange students wishing to undertake short-term studies at Mykolas Romeris University (MRU) in Lithuania.
Type: Short-term studies (1-2 semesters) for the academic year 2025-2026.
Monthly scholarship:
- €560 for students of the first (bachelor's) and second (master's) years of study.
- €1,120 for students of the third (PhD) study cycle.
Tuition fees: Covered by the Republic of Lithuania
Eligibility requirements:
- Conditional acceptance: Obtain official approval for admission (Conditional Agreement) from MRU.
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of one of the above countries.
- Current study: The candidate must be a student of a higher education institution abroad.
- Language skills: Good knowledge of Lithuanian, English or other language required for the chosen programme (minimum B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
Application process:
Online application: Apply through the online system by the deadline.
Required documents:
- Completed application form.
- A conditional agreement on study signed by the candidate and representatives of both institutions (sending and receiving).
- Letter of recommendation from academic staff or employer.
- Certificate of proficiency in the language of instruction.
Important dates:
- Application deadline: 6 May 2025 by 16:00 Vilnius European Time.
- Results announcement: Applicants will be informed of the selection results by 1 July 2025.
