SCiM (Student Conference in Maribor) is an international student conference that takes place every year in Maribor, Slovenia. Each year, more than 50 students from all over the world gather for the 10-day conference to participate in various workshops and debates on important issues of society and youth, and to express their opinions from a critical perspective.
The main goal of the conference is to bring students from different countries together in one place where they have the opportunity to gain new knowledge through workshops. The participants also get acquainted with the city of Maribor through various activities, explore Slovenia during a two-day excursion and make new friendships.
This year's theme is "The Future is You!"
Any student aged 18 to 28 years can apply for participation in the international student conference.
Participants must pay a fee of €150. The fee includes accommodation, meals, workshops, excursions and all daytime and evening activities.
