As part of the exchange agreement concluded between the National University "Odesa Law Academy" and the Law Faculty of the University of Zurich (Switzerland), law students have a unique opportunity to study at a Swiss university free of charge.

The University of Zurich is ranked 80th in the world's best universities according to THE (Times Higher Education) Ranking 2024. Students have access to a variety of information resources and various opportunities for study and research in their field. Located in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, the University of Zurich is the largest classical university in the country, with the following faculties:

- Theology

- Law;

- Economics;

- School of Medicine

- Veterinary;

- philosophical;

- mathematics and natural sciences.

International students can study at the University of Zurich in both German and English. However, courses in English are taught at the master's level. Therefore, it is recommended that students have at least 2 years of full-time study at the Faculty of Law before attending these courses.

To apply for the course, please send the following documents to the International Relations Office (international@onua.edu.ua):

- CV or resume

- Motivation letter (maximum 1 page in A4 format)

- Academic transcript

- Language certificate (if available)

- Bachelor's degree in law (if available)

- 1 passport-size photo

- Copy of passport (page with identification information)

- Visa application form

- Indicative list of courses (A maximum of 5 courses per semester of 6 ECTS credits is recommended)

Language requirements: good knowledge of German and/or English is recommended.

Application deadline:

12 March 2024 - for studying in the autumn semester (1 August to 31 January)

12 September 2024 - for studying in the spring semester (from 1 February to 31 July)
