The State Agency for Education Development of the Republic of Latvia offers Ukrainian students, applicants and researchers the opportunity to continue their studies/research at higher education institutions and summer schools in Latvia during the academic year 2024/2025.
Applications for participation in the state scholarship programme and summer schools under the state scholarship programme for Ukrainian students and applicants for 2024/2025 will open on 1 February and will last until 1 April 2024.
All the necessary information about studying at Latvian universities, study programmes and practical information can be found on the Study in Latvia website at www.studyinlatvia.lv.
Scholarships for bachelor's and master's degree programmes are awarded for one academic year - up to 10 months, for postgraduate studies - up to 11 months.
Candidates for state scholarships must register on the website of the State Agency for Education Development of the Republic of Latvia and submit the necessary documents online. Current information and forms to fill out can be found at http://viaa.gov.lv/en/latvian-state-scholarships.
Information about summer schools, which foreign students, teachers and researchers can attend with a Latvian state scholarship, is published on the website of the State Agency for Education Development https://www.viaa.gov.lv/en/summer-schools.
