A new collective monograph published in Poland by a team of scholars from Vilnius University and leading experts from Kyiv, Lviv, Kharkiv, and Odesa.
Ukraine faces significant challenges in its legal system, in particular, related to corruption and judicial reform, restitution and reparations. However, there are also opportunities for positive change, such as integration into the EU, attracting foreign investment, and using legal technology to modernize the legal sector. Ukraine needs to continue its efforts to overcome these challenges and seize opportunities for legal reform and development.
Odesa School of Law was represented by Associate Professors Liliia Tymofeeva and Viktor Zavtur, and Professor Viacheslav Tuliakov. Such publications of research in leading Western publications confirm the high international rating of the National University «Odesa Law Academy».
