The IX (XXIII) Lviv Criminal Justice Forum "Ukrainian Military and Postwar Criminal Justice" was held in Lviv on October 26-27, 2027.
Ambassador MARCEL PESKO, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairmanship - Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, Viacheslav NAVROTSKYI, Head of the Lviv Criminal Justice Forum, Doctor of Law, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Yurii PONOMARENKO, Head of the Department of Criminal Law No. 1 of the Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Doctor of Law, Professor, Oleksandr VODYANNIKOV, Senior Project Officer of the OSCE Support Program for Ukraine, PhD in Law and other colleagues during two days devoted their scientific research to the issues of political and economic aspects of transitional justice; problematic aspects of investigating criminal offenses under the jurisdiction of the State Bureau of Investigation due to martial law; international criminal law versus national criminal law in matters of war and peace: critical infrastructure as an object of military aggression.
