Faculty members of the Department of Cybersecurity at the National University “Odesa Law Academy” presented the results of their research at the international conference 2025 IEEE 6th KhPI Week on Advanced Technology (KhPIWeek), held from 6 to 10 October 2025.

The scientific paper titled “Analysis and Optimization of Processes for Integrating Smart Grid Objects into the Critical Infrastructure Cyber Protection System” was presented by a team of authors — Serhii Kukharenko, Mykola Ovchynnykov, Olena Chepurna, Yevhen Cherevko, Tetiana Kuklinova, and Viktor Boiko, who serve as associate professors and professors of the Department of Cybersecurity, led by Professor Stanislav Horbachenko, Head of the Department.

The IEEE KhPIWeek conference brings together leading scientists and engineers from around the world to discuss current advancements in electronics, information technology, energy, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.

IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) is an international professional organisation that promotes the development of science, technology, and innovation for the benefit of humanity. IEEE publishes leading scientific journals, develops international standards, supports research communities, and organises conferences of global significance.

The participation of faculty members from the Department of Cybersecurity of the National University “Odesa Law Academy” in a conference of such a level is evidence of their high scientific competence and the active integration of the Ukrainian academic community into the global research and technological space.
