The university leadership and staff warmly congratulate Professor Tetyana MALYARENKO from the Department of Journalism and Professor Borys KORMYCH, Head of the Department of Maritime, Customs, and Information Law, on receiving the 2025 Huttenbach Prize from the American Association for the Study of Nationalities.
They earned this honor for their article, "New Wild Fields: How the Russian War Leads to the Demodernization of Ukraine’s Occupied Territories".
The Huttenbach Prize is awarded annually for the best article published in the journal Nationalities Papers during the previous year.
