A new issue of the leading Ukrainian legal journal "Pravo Ukrainy" (Law of Ukraine) No. 11 for 2024 has been published, dedicated to the current topic of the development of the doctrine of criminal law of Ukraine on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the distinguished Ukrainian scholar, Professor Volodymyr Stashys.
The research examines contemporary problems of criminal law doctrine in the context of Professor V. V. Stashys's scholarly legacy. Among the contributors are professors Yevhen Streltsov, Viacheslav Tuliakov, Nataliia Myroshnychenko, associate professors Liliia Timofieieva, Liudmyla Abakina-Piliavska, and other authoritative experts.
The journal contains 13 scholarly articles by leading Ukrainian criminal law scholars, including 6 representatives of the Odesa branch of the All-Ukrainian Criminal Law Association and 5 researchers from the Department of Criminal Law at the National University "Odesa Law Academy".
