Thanks to the joint efforts of the National University "Odesa Law Academy" and the ERASMUS+ project CRIMHUM to improve the quality of education in the field of criminal justice, the library of the National University "Odesa Law Academy" has replenished its book collection.
Within the framework of the CRIMHUM project, which received financial support from the European Union, the library provided an opportunity for in-depth research and training of students and teachers in the field of criminal law and procedure, which is reflected in the new acquisition of literature.
In particular, the new acquisitions include a significant amount of modern publications on criminal law and procedure presented by foreign authors. The literature covers various aspects of criminal law and procedure, allowing students, lecturers and researchers to dive deeper into the complex issues of modern international legal practice.
The aim of the ERASMUS+ project 598471-ERP-1-2018-1-AT-ERRKA2-SWNE-JP (CRIMHUM) is to create a comprehensive, human rights-based training for criminal justice by modernising specialised Master's degree programmes in judicial, prosecutorial and investigative specialisation. To this end, the National University "Odesa Law Academy" has implemented a structural and conceptual modernisation of the curriculum of specialised master's programmes, introduced and purchased the latest textbooks using European scientific methods and best practices of European universities.
