Within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation concluded between the National University "Odesa Law Academy" and the University of Passau (Germany), students of all specialities have the opportunity to study at the German university free of charge.
The University of Passau is one of the top 20% of the world's leading universities and regularly holds the highest positions in academic rankings in Bavaria and the German-speaking world, for example, in the fields of law, business and economics, computer science, communication sciences, political science and cultural studies. Representative surveys, such as the Teaching Quality Monitoring, regularly show a high level of student satisfaction.
The University of Passau offers studies at the Faculty of Law, the Faculty of Business, Economics and Information Systems, the Faculty of Social and Educational Sciences, the Faculty of Humanities and Cultural Sciences, the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics.
International students can enrol in almost all study programmes offered at the University of Passau. In the module catalogue you will find information about all study options, including modules taught in English.
To apply for the summer semester of the academic year 2023/2024, which will last from 15 April to 19 July 2023, please send scanned copies of the following documents to the International Relations Office (international@onua.edu.ua):
- Passport for travelling abroad
- Curriculum vitae (CV, in Europass format)
- Relevant certificate confirming knowledge of German
- Relevant certificate confirming knowledge of English (B2)
- A document confirming the completion of secondary education
- Academic transcript (for bachelor's students) or bachelor's/master's degree with supplement (for master's/postgraduate students)
Education is provided in German, but a significant number of courses are available in English for international students. In addition, free German language courses of all levels are available for international students.
