ACTUALLY

The MSCA Fellowships enhance the creative and innovative potential of postdoctoral researchers who wish to acquire new skills through advanced training, international, interdisciplinary and intersectoral mobility.

The programme also encourages researchers to work on research and innovation projects in the non-academic sector and is open to researchers wishing to reintegrate in Europe, those displaced by conflict, and high-potential researchers seeking to re-establish their careers in science.

Fellowships will be awarded to excellent researchers undertaking international mobility to or between EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries, as well as to third countries that are not EU Associated Countries. Applications are submitted jointly by the researcher and the beneficiary from the academic or non-academic sector.

Postgraduate scholarships can be awarded both in Europe (i.e. in an EU Member State or a Horizon Europe Associated Country) and in a third country not associated with Horizon Europe.

The standard duration of these scholarships should be between 12 and 24 months.
