We invite you to participate in the XIV International scientific-practical conference «Аdvocacy: the past, modernity and the future».
The conference will be held on November 08, 2024 in National University “Odesa Law Academy”.
Topics for panel discussion:
historical and legal issues of the organization and activity of the advocacy;
current issues of advocate activity;
implementation of the tasks of the professional organization of advocates and the activities of advocate self-government bodies;
professional ethics of advocates and their legal responsibility;
foreign experience in the organization and activities of the advocacy.
As part of the conference, Bronz readings "Questions of lawyer ethics", dedicated to the memory of the outstanding advocate Yosyp Bronz, and master classes of the committees of the Odesa Region Bar Council will be held.
