Upon arrival at a foreign university, a student should contact the International Relations/Erasmus+ office of the host university in order to register at the university, find out all the necessary information about the study/internship process (schedule of classes and sessions), receive information about the campus and other information necessary for participation in the programme.
For the period of educational academic mobility, Ukrainian participants:
- retain the place of study, the right to receive an academic and/or social scholarship, regardless of the presence in the partnership agreement and/or academic mobility agreement of a provision on financial support by the partner institution in cash and/or in kind and its amount; other social security in accordance with the law.
- have the right to independently choose additional academic disciplines (except for the study of compulsory academic disciplines at the host university);
- in terms of educational and/or scientific academic mobility, the rights and obligations of the student of the host HEI (except for financial (scholarship and other social) support).
