The host HEI provides mobility participants with funds from the KA131 project grant in accordance with the established payment rates for mobility participants in KA171 projects with Ukraine:
All students and recent graduates (within the last 12 months) will be eligible for an individual supplement.
If necessary, participants with special educational needs can receive financial support for their stay and travel expenses.
For students:
- If the host country is a member of country group 1, the individual payment is EUR 1,150 per month (EUR 900 basic amount + EUR 250 additional);
- If the host country is a member of country group 2, the individual payment is EUR 1,100 per month (EUR 850 basic amount + EUR 250 additional);
- If the host country is a member of the group of countries 3, the individual payment is EUR 1,050 per month (EUR 800 basic amount + EUR 250 additional).
For the staff:
- If the host country is in country group 1, the individual payment is EUR 180 per day
- If the host country is a member of country group 2, the individual payment is EUR 160 per day
- If the host country is in the group of countries 3, the individual payment is EUR 140 per day The mobility participant signs a modified Grant Agreement with the host HEI in cases where the sending Ukrainian party is unable to fulfil its role and responsibilities in organising the mobility
The Erasmus+ grant covers the following costs: transfer (Distance Calculator), visa, insurance, accommodation costs of EUR 800/850/900 per month, library access, textbooks, etc.
