Transfer of credits obtained as a result of participation in an academic mobility programme is a fundamental principle of the Erasmus+ programme.

The procedure for re-calculating the results of participation is carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Academic Mobility of Participants in the Educational Process of the National University "Odesa Law Academy" of 15.11.2023. 

THE PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING AND PROCESSING DOCUMENTS BASED ON TRAINING RESULTS

Upon completion of the academic mobility programme, higher education applicants submit to the dean/director of the faculty/educational and research institute/institute and to the international relations department (in the case of international academic mobility) a copy of the document certifying the results of the academic mobility programme (certificate, diploma, academic transcript, transcript of records, etc.) for the entire period of study, indicating the names of educational components, total number of hours, number of ECTS credits, and

After completion of the academic mobility programme, research, teaching, pedagogical and other employees within ten working days submit to the Head of the Department and to the International Relations Department (in the case of international academic mobility) a copy of the document certifying the results of academic mobility (certificate, diploma, certificate, etc.) and a report for the period of mobility, which should include:

  • description of educational and scientific work carried out during the academic mobility (participation in classes, seminars, conferences, prepared scientific publications, etc;)
  • formulation of prospects for further cooperation with the higher education institution (research institution (relevant faculty, department, etc.) in which the academic mobility took place.

The report submitted to the International Relations Department must be approved by the minutes of the department meeting.

For the purpose of timely recognition of the results of studying under educational academic mobility programmes, higher education students are obliged to submit an application for completion of academic mobility within three working days after completion of academic mobility. The application is submitted to the dean/director of the faculty/educational and research institute/institute and the head of the international relations department (in the case of international academic mobility).

If a higher education student does not have a document certifying the results of the academic mobility programme at the time of his/her return from academic mobility, or if the student returns after the completion of the examination session at the University, the Rector issues an order to extend the term of the examination session upon the submission of the dean/director of the faculty/educational and research institute/institute and in agreement with the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.
