According to the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Singapore, the Agency for Science, Technology and Research Singapore (A*STAR) has provided an opportunity for Ukrainian students to participate in two international programmes.

In particular, the following were allocated:

- 5 scholarships under the Singapore International Pre-Graduate Award (SIPGA) programme (research for 2 to 6 months at A*STAR research institutes for 3-4 year undergraduate and master's students);

- 3 scholarships under the Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) programme (4-year PhD programme at A*STAR research institutes in partnership with Singapore universities).

A competitive selection of applications for participation in the Erasmus+ educational mobility program at the University of Groningen (Netherlands) has been launched

The competition is open to 3-4 year students of the bachelor's and master's degree programs in Law and International Law. The mobility must be implemented in the second (spring) semester of the 2024-2025 academic year. The academic semester will last from February 3, 2025 to July 04, 2025.

The Leavitt Institute for International Development (TLI), a leading American non-profit organization, invites law students and practicing lawyers to take part in its transformative program. TLI is dedicated to shaping legal professionals who are equipped with Western legal ethics, critical thinking skills, and a strong understanding of Ukrainian legislation.

A competition for the Digital Humanism Fellowship has been announced. This is an opportunity to work on your research in the field of digitalisation and humanities or social sciences for three months at the Institute for Humanities Research in Vienna (Austria).

The scholarship is organised by the Institute for Humanities Research Vienna (IWM) and funded by the Austrian Federal Ministry for Climate Protection, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Innovation and Technology.

The University of Regensburg is pleased to announce a call for applications for the International Research Fellowship Programme for the academic year 2024/2025. This programme supports scholars, especially from South-Eastern Europe, working in the fields of history, anthropology, linguistics and related disciplines. Selected fellows will receive €4,000 for a one-month stay in Regensburg, where they will have access to the library and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues.

The Embassy of the Arab Republic of Egypt in Ukraine invites students to send electronic applications for scholarships to study at Al-Azhar University in Cairo.

Al-Azhar University is the oldest and most prestigious Muslim theological academy-university located in Cairo. The university consists of 9 faculties: fundamentals of religion, Shariah, literature, administrative affairs and trade, polytechnic, agricultural, medical, pedagogical and women's. The university also has the Higher Institute of Arab and Islamic Studies and the Higher Institute of Language and Translation. The university has a rich library with unique manuscripts and printed books, publishes its own journals and programmes.

The Petro Yatsyk Non-Residential Scholars Programme will bring together Ukrainian scholars, civil servants, graduate students and public intellectuals to participate in regular virtual seminars moderated by a faculty member affiliated with the Petro Yatsyk Program in Ukrainian Studies at the University of Toronto.

During their participation, the fellows will work on and present a scholarly/artistic/public policy project of their choice on a common theme related to the war and Ukraine's reconstruction, with a focus on governance and the state, law and security, culture and history.
